Just some Thoughts, Might not be very coherent but had to get them out

America, once considered the land of the free, home of the brave.

Where is the bravery in trying to erase entire cultures?
Where is the proof of freedom when soldiers that fought, risked their lives, are being told they can no longer serve just because they are Trans?

When did America sell it's heart?
When did American's lose compassion?

Pro-life? You want people to give birth to a baby, sometimes a baby the result of trauma, and yet in the same breath condemn those who have pregnancy risks to die or those who find their unborn child has already died to carry it to term and poison their bodies.

Pro-life? Once a baby is born, you care nothing about what happens after, so long as the baby is born. Oh, wait... I forgot, you care if that baby grows up to be trans because then you don't want them alive, you in fact ignore their existence.

Rights were fought for, people died to get them, and you spit on the history and memory of those people by trying to erase their existence from history.

You want to ignore slavery.
You want to ignore the Holocaust existed.
You want to ignore Black History Month
You want to ignore Trans existence.
You want to ignore the freedoms of women.
You want to ignore the history of women being involved in NASA.
You want to ignore the full history of Stonewall.
You want to ignore Pride Month.

You ignore the cries of the children being torn from their families.
You ignore the losses of lives caused by hate crimes and bullying.
You ignore the people that served in the Military for years, risking it all for a country that is now turning their backs on them.

We will remember:

Rest In Power to all those lost in the wake of this hate and phobia induced madness.

To all the Trans Soldiers currently being given an ultimatum about either choosing to leave on your own accord and supposedly get extra benefits or wait until the time is up and be kicked out:

It breaks my heart that you are being treated this way after spending so much time defending this country. I know that you feel betrayed, you have every right to feel this way. I hope that you know there are many of us that stand with you, that our hearts go out to you, our thoughts are with you and that we thank you from the depths of our being for your service. This is atrocious the way our government is treating you, not just as soldiers but as human beings.
